Writing Your First Novel

To answer a few questions:

There’ll be no obligation to share any work in the workshops. Feedback on individual work will be separate and individual. In other words, I’ll give you detailed notes and feedback plus a free zoom session. 

The examples I’ll use in the workshop will be from my own work or canonical texts. I’ll be addressing some typical issues and challenges in turning a plethora of notes into what we might call a “novel”. I’ll be discussing my own experience and fellow novelist/ writer friends. 

It’s not a workshop that starts from  finessing and completing. It’s precisely about bringing form to the initial chaos (that I understand too well!).
